Bolingbrook Arts Museum Annual Gala - Event Volunteers

Join the Bolingbrook Arts Museum (BAM) for our Annual Gala and help us create a memorable evening for our guests and community!

Come as you are - whether you're outgoing, organized, energetic, detail-oriented, or happiest helping behind the scenes, there's a place for you at our Gala!

We are looking for volunteers to assist with a variety of roles throughout the event. There is something for every personality and comfort level! Whether you love meeting new people, prefer staying busy behind the scenes, enjoy being on the move or rather help with a specific task, we would love to have you on our team.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Setup - A great option for volunteers who prefer working behind the scenes
• Registration & Greeters - Welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help set the tone for the evening
• Auction Setup & Monitoring - Help prepare and oversee our silent auction displays
• Live Auction Support - Assist our team during the excitement of the live auction
• Runners & Floaters - Running
• Checkout, Payment & Item Pickup - Help guests complete their purchases collect auction items
• Event Support - Help our team keep the evening organized and running smoothly
• Cleanup - A great option for volunteers who prefer working behind the scenes

You do not need previous event experience. We are looking for dependable, positive volunteers who are willing to help and work as part of a team. Instructions will be provided for your assigned role.

Volunteering at the Gala is a wonderful way to support the arts, meet members of the community, gain event experience, earn volunteer/service hours, and be part of one of BAM's special annual events.

When signing up, volunteers will have an opportunity to indicate the types of roles they are most comfortable with, and we will do our best to find a position that is a good fit.
