This role involves making outbound calls, gathering and verifying information, collecting timesheets, and assisting with basic relationship management. This is a pivotal role providing support not only to the volunteer coordinator, but also to our volunteer team in the field.

      • Collect, review, and follow up on missing or incomplete timesheets
      • Accurately document and track information in internal systems (we have work arounds if you don’t type)
      • Assist in troubleshooting basic issues and directing more complex matters to the appropriate team
      • Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times
      • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
