LinkedIn Outreach Assistant — Work Directly With Our LinkedIn Lead

Legacy Paws Rescue is looking for a hands-on LinkedIn Outreach Assistant to work alongside our existing LinkedIn Lead, helping turn a good strategy into consistent action. Our lead has limited time, so we need someone who can step in, share the workload, and keep outreach moving—not someone who needs a whole new plan to get started.

We're building a different kind of rescue, and we want to connect with people and organizations who can help us grow: businesses, potential sponsors, foundations, skilled volunteers, community partners, and people who believe in what we're building.

You'll collaborate with our LinkedIn Lead to research potential connections, identify relevant people and organizations, support outreach, draft thoughtful messages, help manage follow-ups, and keep relationships and conversations organized. You'll help make sure opportunities don't get lost simply because there aren't enough hours in the day.

We're looking for a proactive, professional, relationship-minded doer who communicates well, takes initiative, and follows through. LinkedIn experience is important, but so is understanding that meaningful outreach is about building genuine relationships—not sending mass messages or collecting connections.
