Revenue Operations Manager (Nonprofit Growth, Funnel & Performance) – Volunteer Leadership Role

Revenue Operations Manager (Nonprofit Growth, Funnel & Performance)

    The Donovan’s Venom

Remote | Strategy | Volunteer Management Role

We’re Building — And It Needs to Convert

    The Donovan’s Venom is growing.

    People are discovering us.

    People are engaging.

But engagement without conversion slows everything down.

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to design, optimize, and manage the systems that turn awareness into action—and action into long-term impact.

Because growth isn’t just about reach.

    It’s about what happens next.

    The Role

This role is responsible for owning the organization’s end-to-end growth and conversion engine.

From marketing → engagement → CRM → donor/volunteer conversion → retention — you connect it all.

You are not just tracking performance.

You are building the system that drives results.

This role operates at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, ensuring every effort across the organization leads to measurable outcomes.

    What You’ll Own

    Funnel Strategy & Lifecycle Design

      • Design and manage end-to-end funnels for:
      • Donor acquisition and retention
      • Volunteer recruitment and engagement
      • Program participation
      • Define lifecycle stages from awareness to retention

    Conversion Optimization

      • Identify where people drop off across funnels
      • Improve conversion from:
      • Engagement → participation
      • Interest → action
      • Continuously optimize user journeys

    CRM & Pipeline Alignment (Salesforce)

      • Partner with Salesforce to:
      • Align data with funnel stages
      • Track pipeline performance
      • Ensure visibility into conversion metrics
      • Ensure all activity is measurable

      • Retention rates
      • Funnel velocity
      • Engagement-to-action metrics
      • Turn data into actionable insights

    Revenue & Impact Optimization

      • Support strategies that drive:
      • Donor contributions
      • Sponsorship engagement
      • Program participation
      • Ensure engagement leads to measurable outcomes

    Cross-Functional Alignment

      • Align efforts across:

    Process Design & Standardization

      • Build scalable workflows for:

    Automation & Workflow Optimization

      • Partner with tech teams to:
      • Automate workflows
      • Reduce manual work
      • Improve response times
      • Ensure timely engagement triggers

    Reporting & Visibility
