Description
Could include:
- Serving as the first point of contact in the office and answering phones (responding to inquiries)
- Being trained and knowledgeable about Village services to accurately represent the organization
- Taking and documenting member service requests by phone or email
- Entering and updating service requests in the system
- Processing cancellations, changes and scheduling updates
- Contacting volunteers by phone or email to fill open service requests
- Sending service request communications to volunteers
- Coordinating between members, volunteers, and staff to ensure services are covered
- Maintaining accurate records of scheduled, completed, and canceled services
- Communicating service updates and needs to appropriate Village staff
Administrative
- Filing and organizing physical and digital records
- Printing, copying, and assembling office materials (member folders and orientation packets)
- Preparing mailings (letters, newsletters, appreciation notes, event invitations)
