    Description

At Green Empowerment for Development (GEFD) - منظمة همم خضراء, we empower communities across Yemen to recover from crisis, build resilience, and achieve sustainable development through inclusive and community-driven solutions. We merge engineering excellence with a deep humanitarian commitment. With 80% of our operations focused on environmental restoration and green reconstruction, we also deliver inclusive empowerment projects—like Project EBSAR—ensuring no one is left behind, especially children and youth with disabilities.

    The Role

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Google Ad Grants & Digital Fundraising Manager to lead our online donation campaigns. In this role, you will maximize the potential of our Google Ad Grants account ($10,000/month in in-kind search advertising) to amplify our global advocacy, raise awareness about Yemen's unique ecological challenges, and drive online fundraising initiatives to support our core strategic pillars.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Campaign Strategy: Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns tailored to non-profit fundraising and awareness for our environmental, alternative energy, and inclusive integration projects.
    • Ad Grants Management: Ensure the account strictly complies with all Google Ad Grants policies (e.g., maintaining a 5% CTR) to prevent account suspension.
    • Keyword & Copy Optimization: Write compelling ad copy that highlights our data-driven approach, regenerative reforestation efforts, and humanitarian relief goals to resonate with global donors.
    • Conversion Tracking: Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure donation success and user engagement with our digital platforms.
    • Reporting: Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaign ROI and expand our international outreach.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with specific, hands-on experience managing Google Ad Grants for nonprofits.
    • Strong understanding of digital fundraising strategies and global donor acquisition.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
    • A strong passion for humanitarian work, environmental stewardship, and a commitment to GEFD’s mission in Yemen.
    • Bonus: Google Ads Certification and experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
