This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with local farmers, small business vendors, and the community to create a thriving and enjoyable market experience.

    • Market Compliance:
    • Ensure all market operations meet local health, safety, and business regulations.
    • Financial Oversight:
    • Assist the CEO with budgeting, accounting, and reporting of sales and income.
    • Data Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales and attendance data. Report findings to the board to help improve performance and vendor success.
    • Community Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and community partners to maintain a positive and supportive environment.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Comfort with Google Workspace and/or QuickBooks Pro is a plus
    • Event coordination or market management experience preferred
    • Ability to lead and motivate volunteers
    • Commitment to local agriculture, small business, and community growth

    Support Provided

You’ll work closely with the CEO, board of directors, and vendors who are committed to your success. Training, mentorship, and operational support are provided to ensure you’re confident and well-prepared.
