    OVERVIEW & ADDITIONAL NOTES

Beloveds Foundation needs assistance with managing the accounting system and financial transactions through an experienced Accounting professional. The Executive Director is currently working on enrolling Beloved in an accounting system and will engage this volunteer position to clarify the best possible tool for our accounting needs.

Most of the current funding will be coming through social media campaigns, subscription donations and grants, which are all handled through other roles. The Treasurer role will be focused on ensuring that Beloveds meets the reporting requirements for both state and federal agencies,as well as report to the Board regarding the current status and projected needs for the organization.

Because Beloveds Foundation has a unique business model, this individual will be working through a few small reporting challenges and need to stay on top of the state and federal reporting requirements to ensure we are reporting the "in kind" donations accurately.
