Fabric Grab Fundraiser!

The Sewing Labs' Fabric Grab fundraiser is approaching on Saturday, February 28th from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. We will have tons of fabric for $5 a pound; sewing notions, patterns, sewing machines, books, thread, yarn, and everything else, will be pre-priced. We will continue our "Fill-a-Bag" where many items (almost everything not fabric) will be a certain price, and for as much as you can fit in that bag. This will be a great time build up your sewing stash and spark your creativity! Plus with Joann's store gone, this is another place where you can get what you need.

We need volunteers to help to set up for the event (putting items on tables, last minute pricing of odds and ends, and more) on Friday, 2/27, and during the event. Shifts are in 2.5 hour increments and tasks range from tidying up tables, helping with checkout, being a greeter, weighing fabric, cutting fabric, and more. We also need help with cleaning up after the event and testing sewing machines the week before and of Fabric Grab. All volunteers get their first 4 pounds of fabric free!
