    Why This Role Exists

    To expand fair-chance employment opportunities by strengthening employer relationships and feedback loops as the organization scales.

    Outcomes

    • Increased number of engaged fair-chance employers
    • Clear employer insights informing program design

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct outreach to employer networks
    • Facilitate introductory conversations
    • Share fair-chance hiring best practices
    • Document employer insights and barriers

    Deliverables

    • 5–10 employer conversations per quarter
    • 1 insight memo per quarter

    Time Commitment

    • ~6 hrs./month for 6 months

    Support & Boundaries

    • Reports to Partnerships Lead
    • No direct participant placement responsibilities
