    Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education and advocacy.     Human Health Project | Shared Patient Information (SPI) | Remote | 5–8 hrs/week

    The Human Health Project (HHP) is seeking a strategic Volunteer Talent & Recruitment Lead to support the build-out of our Shared Patient Information (SPI) initiative.

    SPI is a structured patient-reported data module designed to improve healthcare quality, safety, and equity. As we prepare SPI for institutional partnerships and ethical commercialization, we are building a small, high-caliber volunteer leadership team.

    We are seeking someone who can lead targeted recruitment of senior-level volunteer roles.

    🎯 Responsibilities

    • Develop structured recruitment plan for SPI leadership roles

    • Identify and prioritize recruitment platforms

    • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach

    • Coordinate applicant screening process

    • Schedule interviews

    • Help refine role descriptions for clarity and positioning

    • Build simple applicant tracking structure

    👤 Ideal Background

    • Talent acquisition / recruiting experience

    • Executive search exposure (preferred but not required)

    • Healthcare recruitment experience (a plus)

    • HR or organizational development background

    • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills

    • Structured and process-oriented

    This is not an entry-level volunteer coordination role. We are looking for someone who can recruit senior healthcare and research professionals.
