Description
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Journalism, Digital Media, Film, Graphic Design, or a closely related discipline), or at least one (1) year of experience as a content creator
- Demonstrated experience creating high-quality digital content (video, photo, written, or multimedia) across one or more social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and growth.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with content monetization strategies, partnerships, and influencer marketing is a plus.
