Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to manage and optimize our Salesforce NPSP instance. This role ensures that our donor management, fundraising, and volunteer engagement processes are streamlined, data is secure, and reporting is accurate. You will own Salesforce configuration, integrations with social media platforms, workflows, and overall system health, enabling the team to collaborate efficiently and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Salesforce NPSP to meet the organization's needs.
• Integrate NPSP with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for seamless donor engagement and fundraising.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track fundraising performance and donor engagement.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and data security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automated workflows and processes.
• Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on using Salesforce NPSP.

Requirements:

• Experience administering Salesforce NPSP or similar Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and system management skills.
• Ability to implement and enforce workflows, permissions, and data governance policies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with social media platforms and other tools.
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable supporting remote teams and working independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in nonprofit or small-team environments.
• Familiarity with additional integration tools (Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar).
• Experience designing dashboards, reports, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of fundraising, donor management, or volunteer engagement processes.
