    Description

    As a Donor Relations Coordinator, you’ll be the heart behind our fundraising engine—building and nurturing relationships with the people who make our mission possible.

    This hands-on volunteer role is perfect for someone who values connection, consistency, and storytelling. You’ll help us thank donors, keep them engaged, and ensure they feel the impact of their giving. If you’re organized, warm, and ready to build legacy through relationships, this role is for you.

    As a Donor Relations Coordinator, you will:

    Send thank-you messages and updates to donors

    Track donor engagement and follow-up needs

    Help build donor retention systems

    Collaborate with fundraising and program teams

    Represent BTYM with warmth and professionalism

    This is a volunteer role requiring 4–6 hours/week and a minimum 3-month commitment.
