Description

Powered By Love is seeking a Logistics & Site Chair to help transform The 831 Experience from vision into reality. This volunteer leadership role will oversee site logistics, permit coordination, campus setup, and operational readiness for a two-day transformational event serving unhoused neighbors in Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and coordinate site maps, traffic flow plans, and event layouts.
Manage City of Phoenix permit applications and compliance requirements.
Coordinate the arrival and placement of trailers, equipment, vendors, and service providers.
Conduct site walkthroughs and serve as the local operational liaison for the Project Manager.
Help ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests, volunteers, and partners.

Qualifications:

Experience in logistics, event operations, project management, facilities management, construction, or related fields preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
