    Description

    Purpose:

    Help oversee the creation of high-quality educational resources that make mental and brain health information accessible, engaging, and impactful.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of TMI educational resources, including booklets, worksheets, guides, infographics, blog articles, and other materials.
    • Manage Resource Writers and Graphic Design Volunteers by assigning tasks and tracking progress in Notion.
    • Coordinate with the Research Lead to ensure all resources are accurate, evidence-based, and well-supported.
    • Review and organize resource projects from concept to publication.
    • Help develop new resource ideas that align with TMI's mission and current initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support the promotion and distribution of resources.
    • Post weekly updates in Slack and communicate regularly with the leadership team.

    Reports To: Executive Director

    Time Commitment:

    Approximately 3–5 hours per week

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational, writing, or project management skills.
    • Interest in mental health, education, public health, psychology, neuroscience, or nonprofit work.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work collaboratively with volunteers.
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and dependable.
    • Prior experience in content creation, writing, editing, design, or leadership is welcome but not required.
