PIDO has a robust website--pido.org--and a Facebook group. We have a long-established paper (and online) newsletter, the PIDO Pointer, published three times a year (www.pido.org/pidopointer) and an e-newsletter we send out as needed. We have a YouTube channel and Instagram account but those are mostly inactive.
We want to explore how we can build on what we have and make more of it. Where should we be on social media and how do we develop a presence there? How do we keep it going?
Specifically regarding the website, if you have experience with Squarespace you may be able to back up our volunteer webmaster and help him manage the events calendar, write and edit news blurbs, and more.
Volunteers should be PIDO members who are familiar with Point Isabel and its unique dog walking rules. Familiarity with East Bay Regional Park District is a plus!
