Description
Position Summary
The Volunteer supports the Family Caregiver Support Program by calling clients to conduct a client satisfaction survey to gather feedback from participating caregiver clients.
Key Responsibilities
Contact program participants via phone and enter data into an online database.
Clearly explain the purpose of the survey to help ensure participants understand the questions.
Accurately record responses in the online database.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information at all times.
Track outreach attempts and completed surveys.
Identify and immediately report any urgent concerns or service issues to the supervisor.
Participate in orientation and training related to the survey process and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be 18 years old or older
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with family caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets, or survey tools).
Previous customer service, research, or call center experience is an asset but not required.
Empathy and respect for caregivers and older adults.
Professional and courteous phone manner.
Active listening skills.
Ability to remain neutral and non-judgmental when collecting feedback.
Seeking bilingual Spanish and bilingual Russian as well as English speakers.
