    Commitment Details:
    Commit 1–2 days per week for 2–3 hours per shift. We ask volunteers to be dependable, punctual, positive, and actively engaged with our youth. Consistent volunteers are preferred.

    Society of Outreach FREE After School Enrichment & Life Skills Program

    Society of Champions Outreach is looking for enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to support our Youth Enrichment & Skills Program for ages 4–18. Volunteers will help create a fun, safe, and positive environment where youth can learn, develop new skills, and build confidence.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with homework, tutoring, and reading
    • Help with activities such as STEM, culinary, arts & crafts, sports, gaming, media, and life skills
    • Engage and encourage youth during activities
    • Assist with meals, check-in, and program setup
    • Serve as a positive role model
    • Follow program safety and confidentiality guidelines

    Qualifications

    • Enjoy working with children and teens
    • Dependable, patient, positive, and professional
    • Able to work well with youth and other volunteers
    • Willing to follow program policies and staff direction
    • Previous experience with youth is helpful, but not required

    College students, retired educators, professionals, community members, and individuals seeking volunteer/community service hours are encouraged to apply.
