The Ben Moody Foundation is seeking a volunteer Treasurer to join our growing nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental wellness, community connection, and suicide prevention through skateboarding and youth-centered events.

Founded in honor of Ben Moody, a talented skateboarder remembered for his courage, humor, and encouragement of others, our foundation creates inclusive spaces where young people and families can build connection, resilience, and hope. We also provide suicide loss support with our peer groups and care packages.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Treasurer who believes in our mission and can help strengthen the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

    • Help ensure compliance with nonprofit financial best practices
    • Collaborate with our CPA/bookkeeper as needed

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets and financial reports
    • Organized, dependable, and collaborative
    • Passion for youth mental health, community programs, or nonprofit work
    • Previous nonprofit board experience is helpful but not required

    Time Commitment
