Merit America is looking for volunteers to join our upcoming Level Up, Together: Career Week (April 20–23). We're seeking professionals for four interactive, virtual sessions where you'll work directly with learners and alumni building careers in tech.
Interview Strategy Sessions — Wednesday, April 22nd (1:00pm or 7:00pm ET) You'll be paired with a small group of learners and alumni in a breakout room to help them craft and strengthen their interview responses. You'll share what makes answers stand out, offer real-time feedback, and help participants build confidence through guided practice and conversation.
Creating Career Connections: Speed Networking — Thursday, April 23rd (1:00pm or 3:00pm ET) You'll rotate through a series of short, guided conversations with learners and alumni. Each round is about 8 minutes — you'll share your career story, answer questions, and help participants practice professional introductions and networking skills.
All sessions are virtual via Zoom and run approximately 60 minutes. You can sign up for one session or multiple. No special preparation is required — just bring your professional experience and a willingness to have real conversations in a supportive environment.
