    Google Ad Grants Manager (Volunteer)

    Organization: Army Pink

    Location: Remote

    Commitment: Flexible, approximately 5–10 hours per week

    Duration: Minimum 12-week commitment preferred

    About Army Pink

    Army Pink is a survivor-led nonprofit dedicated to helping survivors move from crisis to safety. Through Freedom Rides and partnerships with community organizations, we work to remove transportation barriers that can prevent survivors from reaching safe locations, shelters, counseling, legal services, and other critical support.

    Position Overview

    Army Pink is seeking a volunteer Google Ad Grants Manager to help launch and manage our Google Ad Grant account. This role will play an important part in increasing awareness, growing support for our mission, and helping more survivors discover available resources.

    The ideal volunteer has experience with Google Ads and understands how to effectively manage nonprofit Google Ad Grant campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a Google Ad Grants strategy for Army Pink.
    • Create and manage Google Search campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad performance.
    • Write compelling ad copy and create effective campaign structures.
    • Monitor account compliance with Google Ad Grants requirements.
    • Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Coordinate with Army Pink's marketing and website teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Help increase website traffic, volunteer engagement, donor support, and awareness of Freedom Rides and the Wellness Portal.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing Google Ads and/or Google Ad Grant accounts.
    • Familiarity with nonprofit marketing and digital fundraising is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Passion for supporting survivors and mission-driven organizations.

    By volunteering in this role, you will help Army Pink maximize its Google Ad Grant and expand awareness of resources that can help survivors reach safety and begin rebuilding their lives.

    Your work will directly support a growing survivor-led nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to safety and increasing access to support.
