    Description

    The Home Health Aide (HHA) Retention Survey was developed to collect and analyze data measuring the employment satisfaction of graduates from the HHA Training Program. The survey serves as a quality improvement tool to identify barriers affecting employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement within the agency. Findings from the survey are used to strengthen communication and relationships between frontline home care staff and the agency, improve workforce support strategies, and enhance the continuation of training and employment referral opportunities.
