Description
Provide administrative support to the Community Collective Program Manager.
Maintain the program calendar, meeting schedule, task list, and important deadlines.
Schedule meetings and send calendar invitations and reminders.
Help prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and document follow-up items.
Track assigned responsibilities and follow up with volunteers and team members regarding approaching deadlines.
Maintain organized digital folders, program files, contact information, and event records.
Help collect and organize event information, logos, organizational descriptions, promotional materials, and other requested items.
Maintain volunteer contact information, availability, and event assignments.
Help communicate schedules, assignments, and approved program information to volunteers.
Assist with preparing event checklists, sign-in sheets, feedback forms, and other administrative materials.
Track attendance, volunteer participation, event information, and program activity.
Assist with post-event recaps, follow-up messages, and the organization of photos, feedback, and program results.
Provide regular progress updates to the Community Collective Program Manager.
Communicate missing information, approaching deadlines, and potential concerns promptly.
Support other clearly defined Community Collective administrative activities as needed.
