NTARI publishes its research and software documentation in seven languages — Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, French, and Toki Pona — through an automated translation pipeline with one unusual promise built in: a hash-checked guarantee that no machine run will ever overwrite a native speaker's merged correction. That “correction contract” turns an invitation into an enforceable right, credits every corrector permanently, and is reusable by any open project. Funding of about $22,000–40,000 for the year completes coverage across NTARI's repositories, pays native-speaker reviewers, and publishes the mechanism as a standalone specification.
The headline assignment is a proposal to NLnet's NGI Zero Commons Fund — deadline November 3, 2026 — which explicitly funds documentation, localization, and community building. Partnership letters to Translation Commons and university translation programs follow.
