    Position Overview

    We are seeking a proactive and passionate Volunteer Talent Acquisition Lead to support the growth of our organization by attracting, assessing, and onboarding talented volunteers. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization's workforce strategy, ensuring that Sante Imanitè recruits individuals whose skills and values align with our mission.

    This role is ideal for aspiring or experienced HR professionals, recruiters, and talent management practitioners who are passionate about nonprofit leadership and organizational development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies.
    • Draft and publish role descriptions across recruitment platforms.
    • Source and attract qualified volunteer candidates.
    • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments.
    • Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
    • Maintain an organized talent pipeline and candidate database.
    • Support volunteer onboarding and placement processes.
    • Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic recruitment reports.
    • Promote a positive and professional candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with the HR Director on workforce planning initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Background or strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or related fields.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or volunteer management is an advantage but not required.
    • Passion for social impact and nonprofit work.
