Salesforce Volunteer – Build Army Pink’s Operations Systems

Organization: Army Pink – Pathway to Freedom Initiative

    Location: Remote / Flexible

Commitment: Volunteer – Project-based, flexible schedule

    Description:

Army Pink is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence access transportation, wellness support, and critical services as they move to safety and rebuild their lives. We were recently approved for Salesforce’s Power of Us program and received 10 free licenses to set up our nonprofit operations.

We are seeking a Salesforce-certified volunteer to lead the development and configuration of our initial systems, ensuring we can efficiently manage referrals, ride vouchers, wellness follow-ups, and reporting for donors, partners, and funders.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your Salesforce expertise to directly support survivors and shape the operational foundation of a high-impact, mission-driven initiative.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the build and configuration of Army Pink’s Salesforce system, including:
      • Tracking partner referrals and survivor intake
      • Issuing ride vouchers and logging redemption
      • Logging wellness follow-ups and consent for storytelling
      • Setting up volunteer task management and role assignments
      • Designing reporting dashboards for funders, foundations, and donors
    • Recommend and implement workflow automation to streamline operations
    • Collaborate with the Army Pink founder to ensure the system meets mission needs and compliance requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Certified (Administrator or higher)
    • Experience building and configuring Salesforce systems for nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
    • Comfortable with workflow automation, reports, dashboards, and data management
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
    • Ability to volunteer remotely with a flexible schedule

    Impact:

By leading this project, you will play a direct role in helping survivors safely access transportation and wellness services. Your work will ensure Army Pink’s systems are scalable, efficient, and fully ready for grants, fundraising, and partnerships nationwide.
