    Description

    The Marketing Specialist Intern participates in a structured, hands-on learning experience focused on market research, digital campaign creation, and consumer data analysis. This role provides exposure to search engine optimization (SEO), audience profiling, and brand alignment techniques within a supervised and guided environment. Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the program’s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced), depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.

    • SEO, keyword mapping, and copywriting for digital discovery
    • Demographic segmentation, target indexing, and behavioral analysis
    • Integrated marketing channels and editorial calendar frameworks

    Program Activities

    Participants may engage in:

    • Supporting the creation of email workflows, newsletters, and informational materials
    • Assisting with the compilation of marketing metrics reports and competitive analyses
    • Participating in creative brainstorming modules for upcoming programmatic initiatives
    • Collaborating with team members on structured tasks
    • Communicating questions, observations, or feedback to program leadership

    Note: All activities are conducted within a supervised and guided learning environment.

    Education / Background

    Candidates may include:

    • Students currently enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred)
    • Recent graduates seeking to show execution of specialized data-driven marketing assets
    • Early-career professionals re-skilling into digital growth and promotion tracks
    • Individuals seeking to gain experience in a new functional area
