As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a Director by helping manage the day-to-day operations behind critical initiatives—keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward.
What You’ll Do (Impact: 3–5 Hours/Week):
You will support project execution and ensure smooth coordination across initiatives.
- Project Tracking & Maintenance:
- Update project schedules and track progress
- Monitor risks and flag any issues for leadership
- Documentation & Meeting Support:
- Capture meeting notes and track action items
- Assist in preparing weekly status updates
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination:
- Draft professional emails and communications
- Support follow-ups with team members and stakeholders
- Resource Coordination:
- Help organize documents and materials in Google Workspace
Who You Are:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organization and follow-through
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace and virtual tools
- Strong Communicator: Clear, professional written and verbal skills
- Motivated Learner: Interested in project management or pursuing certifications
