We are seeking an experienced web developer or agency to build a clean, modern, and professional website for Help Out Today, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The domain is already purchased and parked, ready for development.

• Donation Page (including recurring giving options)
• Contact Page

Key Features & Requirements:

• Donation System: Fully integrated donation page with one-time and recurring giving. Must connect directly to our bank account and automatically send email receipts. Preferred platforms: Donorbox, Stripe for Nonprofits, or PayPal Giving Fund.
• Landing Page Must Include:
  • Clear mission statement
  • Overview of our programs with photos and testimonials
  • Prominent “Donate” button
  • IRS 501(c)(3) status and EIN displayed in the footer
  • Privacy policy page/link
  • Secure HTTPS protocol

Design Goals:

We want the website to look active, trustworthy, and professionally designed — something that inspires confidence and encourages donations and volunteer engagement.
