    Job Title: Donor Relations Team Lead Intern

    Department: Donor Management

    Location: Remote / Hybrid

    Duration: 4 Months, 5 Hours a Week

    Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit Available

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    As a Donor Relations Team Lead intern, you will help coordinate our donor outreach efforts and guide other interns on the team. You will oversee daily donor tasks, double-check donor records for accuracy, and help keep our fundraising campaigns on schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assign daily and weekly tasks to team interns, including data entry and sending thank-you letters.
    • Check completed work from other interns to ensure donor information and gift amounts are entered correctly.
    • Run weekly check-in meetings with the intern team to review progress, answer questions, and track goals.
    • Help train new interns on how to use our donor system, write thank-you notes, and track donor files.
    • Serve as the main point of contact between the intern team and the full-time fundraising staff.

    Qualifications

    • Senior undergraduate student or graduate student interested in non-profit management, fundraising, or leadership.
    • Prior experience with donor systems, spreadsheets, or general administrative team support.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to give clear instructions and feedback.
    • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
    • Dependable and capable of keeping donor information strictly confidential.
