Are you passionate about building partnerships, securing funding, and helping a nonprofit thrive? We’re looking for a Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in fostering relationships with organizations, businesses, and community members to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sponsorship materials: Create compelling documentation to request support and donations from organizations, helping ensure the sustainability and growth of our nonprofit.
• Build relationships: Form and nurture strong partnerships with local and national organizations that align with our mission, opening doors for collaboration and financial support.
• Research potential sponsors: Identify and reach out to organizations, foundations, and businesses that can contribute monetary donations or physical goods to help advance our goals.
• Send sponsorship requests: Take ownership of sending out at least 12 sponsorship letters annually, building connections that support our strategic initiatives.
• Explore grant opportunities: Research and identify potential grants and government funding opportunities to secure additional resources for the nonprofit.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and cultivating new sponsorship opportunities.
• Experience with fundraising, sponsorship, or grant writing (preferred, not required).
• Passion for nonprofit work and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
