Description
- Drivers deliver meals Monday through Friday at our Ashland site, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our other sites in Sanborn, Mellen, Glidden, and Butternut.
- Daily route drivers pick up meals at 11:00 a.m. at the local meal site. These routes take about an hour to complete. 10 - 17 meals. Rural delivery routes take a bit more time.
- When finished, drivers leave the empty bags at the meal site location. Daily route drivers use their own vehicles.
- The wellness check, personal interaction, and smiles volunteers provide give clients a social and emotional boost, which is at least as important as the food they are getting!
- Volunteer drivers must be 18 or older, have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of current auto insurance.
1 shift available:
- 4-5 routes every day lasting an hour or less. Some routes can be walked, others you drive.: 11:00 to 12:00 CST
