Resilience offers unpaid internship programs that require at least a 4-month commitment with a minimum of 5 hours per week and team meetings weekly. Availability must also allow for as-needed meetings/phone calls. There are flexible start and end dates with the option to continue after meeting the minimum requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Self-Governance & Compliance (SG&C) Director with preparing reports, needs assessments, and evaluations related to Resilience’s self-governance activities.
- Support documentation of import/export processes and procedures.
- Aid in employee offboarding, ensuring all staff members are offboarded in accordance with Resilience’s policies and procedures.
- Conduct monthly audits of:
- Employee profiles for completeness and headshots.
- Project assignments to ensure every staff member is assigned to at least one project.
- Task assignments for each staff member.
- Clock-in and clock-out records for task tracking.
- Attendance at weekly team meetings and monthly division meetings.
- Research LinkedIn profiles to verify current and former employees’ references to Resilience Inc. as an employer.
- Track offboarding progress and exit survey completion status.
