    Description

    Executive Assistant to the CEO (Volunteer Intern)

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO (Volunteer Intern) to support the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development while contributing to impactful initiatives serving youth, children, and underserved communities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications
    • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents
    • Participate in strategic planning discussions and assist with project follow-ups
    • Help coordinate meetings, events, and international dialogues
    • Conduct research on topics related to nonprofit development, partnerships, and community impact
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive matters

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interest in nonprofit leadership, social impact, or public service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
    • Previous administrative or leadership experience is a plus (not required)
