    Description

    Los Angeles pilot fundraising strategy

A refined fundraising architecture for the LA pilot that includes a pressure-tested crowdfunding model to fund 200 rides, optimized donation tier and sponsor structures, a campaign revenue pacing model, guidance to align messaging across website and social channels, and a repeatable framework for other cities. Details will be provided during interviews.

This work will directly enable safe transportation for survivors by funding the first 200 rides in Los Angeles and producing a repeatable campaign model. Volunteers will help remove a critical barrier to escape, connect survivors to supportive resources, and strengthen Army Pink’s capacity to scale life-saving services.

Army Pink has defined the 200-ride pilot goal and the channels to align. Volunteers will work closely with leadership to review existing materials, iterate on recommendations, and adapt the plan for launch. Details and campaign assets will be provided during onboarding so volunteers can deliver practical, implementable guidance.
