Description
Help families navigate the foundation’s case application process with care and respect. This role includes answering process questions, checking applications for completeness, organizing submitted materials, and documenting follow-up needs.
The coordinator does not decide which cases the foundation accepts. We’re seeking someone with strong listening skills, good boundaries, and experience in advocacy, victim services, social services, or a related field.
Commitment: Flexible; hours agreed upon before an assignment
