Description
Oversees Las Vegas ICO membership and volunteer recruitment
- Maintain and update Idealist.org volunteer opportunities with open positions
- Identify new sources for recruitment
- Manage communication with new and pending volunteers
- Follow-up emails and phone calls to gauge interest & answer questions
- Send invites to New Member Orientation, Outdoor Leadership Training, ICO meetings and other
- Organize periodic New Volunteer Meet and Greet
- Compile and distribute Member Packets; Application, Code of Ethics, Volunteer Agreement, etc.
- Receive and track new members' applications, schedule background checks
