HAUNTED TRAIL EVENT PLANNER

Legacy Paws Rescue is a veteran-owned 501(c)(3) dog rescue and sanctuary on five acres of woodland property in Catawba, North Carolina. We are planning a haunted trail fundraiser and need an experienced event planner to help us bring it to life. Our property includes natural trails, creek crossings, and wooded terrain that creates a ready-made backdrop — we just need someone who knows how to turn vision into a real, executable event. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing timeline and planning milestones, identifying vendors and sponsors, organizing volunteers for event nights, handling permits and safety requirements, and keeping the overall production on track from planning through execution. This is a ground-up build with no existing event infrastructure, which means the right person has real creative and organizational ownership from day one. Local candidates in Catawba County and surrounding North Carolina areas are strongly preferred as some in-person coordination will be required as the event approaches.
