Description
Make a difference in our patients' lives by contributing to the completion of day-to-day tasks that help everything run smoothly from the start to finish of our patients' hospice experience. Spend 4-5 hours a week in a cozy, quiet, air conditioned office environment organizing files, stocking patient supplies, putting together binders, and assisting with the bereavement and volunteer programs.
This role would be a great fit for:
- Someone who wants to familiarize themselves with hospice care
- A recently retired person who is missing their regular, productive routine
- A volunteer who wants to help hospice patients, but feels overwhelmed at the thought of direct patient care
- Volunteers aged 16-17 who are planning to volunteer in a direct patient care role when they turn 18
