    Description

Become A Guide to teach others Good Health & strengthen your Own Health!

Help Others. Strengthen Your Own Health. Build Community.

The Dr. Anne Association is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to educate and support others to adopt good health habits for life. This includes healthy moderation in eating and weight control, adopting regular exercise, and learning to meditate for stress reduction. What we offer is an easy and practical plan. See our website: www.dranne.org and www.dranne.net for details.

We are now inviting individuals to serve as Practice Circle Guides—a structured, supportive role guiding small groups through proven good-health practices.

    What Is a PracticeCircle?

A Practice Circle is a 45-minute weekly or monthly group session, focused on applying the Dr. Anne Good Health Plan one Point at a time. There a 9 Points to complete the program.

    • Guides open and close each session using a simple one-page script
    • Discussion follows clearly written questions from the book (dr.Anne plan)
    • All participants use the same materials
    • Sessions may be in person or on GoogleMeet

The process is highly structured, uncomplicated, and well-tested. And training is included. If Interested please contact us. Here's a short summary of "What Does a Guide Do?"

✔ Read a short standard introduction to open the session

✔ Facilitate discussion using the book’s questions

✔ Read a short standard close to end the session

✔ Keep the group on time and on track

✔ Participate in the same health practices your are supporting for others
