    • Support feedback loops between data, program teams, and leadership
    • Help identify opportunities to strengthen program design and delivery

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Assist in preparing reports for internal leadership, partners, and funders
    • Ensure data is clearly documented, structured, and accessible
    • Support alignment of reporting with grant and stakeholder requirements

    Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with program, education, and leadership teams
    • Support integration of MEL practices across all MAP programs
    • Maintain timely, professional responsiveness via Google Workspace

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
    • Attention to detail and data accuracy

    Preferred

    • Experience in nonprofit evaluation, education, or youth programs
    • Familiarity with MEL frameworks, logic models, or KPI development
    • Experience with data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards)
    • Background in research, statistics, or social sciences

    Commitment

    • Volunteer role
    • Approximately 5–10 hours per week
    • Minimum 6-month commitment preferred
    • Fully remote with optional NYC-based collaboration
