iPub Cloud International is a nonprofit publishing organization committed to bringing important and underrepresented voices, ideas, and stories to a wider audience. We work collaboratively with authors and creative professionals to publish books that inform, challenge, inspire, and contribute to meaningful public conversations.

We are entering an exciting period of growth and are seeking an experienced, resourceful Publicist / Publicity Department Lead to launch and develop our publicity function.

The first major priority for this position will be the launch of The Spirit of a Cyborg, an upcoming book exploring artificial intelligence and its implications for our future. With AI rapidly transforming work, creativity, education, culture, and society, we believe the book presents significant opportunities for media coverage, interviews, podcasts, events, and thought-leadership conversations.

Initial Priority: Launching The Spirit of a Cyborg

Working with iPub Cloud leadership, the Publicist will develop and execute a publicity campaign surrounding the release of Cyborg.

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Book publishing or book publicity
• Public relations
• Media relations
• Journalism
• Author promotion
• Podcast or broadcast booking
• Arts, cultural, nonprofit, or mission-driven communications
• Technology or AI communications

Why This Role Matters

Books do not find their audiences by themselves.

iPub Cloud is looking for someone who understands that effective publicity can take an important idea far beyond the pages of a book. Cyborg provides an unusually timely opportunity to contribute to the public conversation surrounding artificial intelligence while helping a nonprofit publisher expand the reach of its authors.
