Description
Book Management
Tasks that can be done remotely:
- updating a spreadsheet with details on each book: short description, grade level, genre, author
- post events, update inventory and add new contacts to our contact list
- create and test forms to help manage events (contact form, book distro form, donation form and more)
- send surveys to participants, 3 weeks after each event
- monitor and summarize survey feedback
- share information with website and social media lead
Tasks that need to be done onsite, in Harlem:
-> EVENT support: setup tables and books, read backs of books so you can make suggestions; monitor checkout; greet families and engage with kids and caregivers; physically sort and update inventory on digital spreadsheet (Google Sheets)
