    Volunteer | Remote | 5–10 hours per week

    A growing nonprofit needs more than great ideas—it needs clear priorities, consistent follow-through, and strong coordination across teams.

    By helping Creshendo strengthen its organizational planning processes, you'll enable our leadership team to make informed decisions, identify challenges early, and keep our mission moving forward.

    Your work will help transform strategy into measurable progress.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Organizational Planning

    • Coordinate quarterly organizational planning and goal-setting processes
    • Track progress toward strategic priorities and organizational milestones
    • Maintain planning documents, dashboards, and action trackers

    Cross-Team Coordination

    • Meet regularly with Team Leads to identify progress, challenges, and support needs
    • Support collaboration across departments to ensure alignment
    • Escalate risks, blockers, and emerging priorities to the Executive Director and Volunteer COO

    Organizational Effectiveness

    • Help prepare progress updates for executive leadership and the Board
    • Recommend process improvements that strengthen accountability and organizational effectiveness

    What You Bring

    Experience in one or more of the following:

    • Project Management
    • Operations
    • Program Management
    • Business Administration
    • Consulting
    • Nonprofit Management

    You are also:

    • Highly organized and proactive
    • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders
    • A strong communicator
    • Able to work independently in a remote environment

    Nice to Have

    • Experience supporting strategic planning
    • Familiarity with nonprofit or volunteer-led organizations
    • Interest in organizational development and systems improvement
