    Description

    Front Desk Help - daily 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

    NLHHC is seeking Front Desk Hospitality Volunteers. As a Front Desk Volunteer, you are the first face that current and new guests, as well as service providers from across New London County, see when they arrive at our daytime Hospitality Center.

    A friendly and welcoming presence will make all the difference in the world to someone coming through that door. The primary responsibilities of a Front Desk Volunteer include clerical assistance and guest support. Responsibilities include managing sign-in sheets, answering the phone and directing calls, greeting guests and visitors, answering questions, and managing center supplies. Other tasks as staff assigns.

    Needed: daily from 8:30am - 12:30pm
