Pretty With Purpose, Inc. is a youth-focused nonprofit organization committed to empowering young women through mentorship, leadership development, college and career readiness, health and wellness, and workforce development.
Position Summary
The Junior Recruiter supports the recruitment team by helping identify, communicate with, and coordinate candidates for volunteer and organizational opportunities. This role provides hands-on experience in recruiting, candidate communication, and human resources within a growing nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing applications and resumes.
- Help identify and communicate with potential candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups.
- Send recruitment emails and provide candidates with position information.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documents.
- Assist with posting and promoting available opportunities.
- Support the Senior Recruiter with recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate information.
- Perform additional recruitment duties and special assignments as directed by leadership.
