Community Orchestration Software Development Sprint Project Stewards

Volunteers Needed: 9

Timeline: Aug 11, 2026 to August 31, 2027

COSDS project stewards must possess at least a masters degree or higher in IT, CS, ML, frontend, backend, full stack development or related fields. Each project steward will be assigned to a project team wherein they will document the project’s full stack development and launch and continuous integration, continuous development (CI/CD) automations. The following tools will be provided to the development team:

• An @NTARI.org email address
• Enterprise access to Google Gemini and NotebookLM
• Standard access to Claude AI
• A dedicated Slack channel
• Access to #resource-infrastructure to build and maintain CI/CD automations for future stewards
• Access to Jira and Confluence
• Two dedicated project managers
• One project steward
• Access to NTARI-RAND on Github

To qualify for a project steward position:

• Apply for the position https://ideali.st/ncp24D
  • Possess or be in pursuit of a master’s degree or higher in IT, CS, ML, frontend, backend or full stack development
• Complete the Volunteer Orientation course at https://ntari.org/volunteer
• Be able to commit to no less than 15 hours per week, for 12 months of documentation and 20-day handover.

Applicants who complete the 1733 course on https://ntari.org/volunteer may select their project on a first-come-first-served basis. Every volunteer will receive a program acceptance letter, access to time tracking workflows in Slack/Jira and a completion letter detailing their position and contributions. All contributors will also be listed in the official documentation of the final product.
