    Gala Packet Handlers, Live Auction Spotters, and Checkout Support

    Our premiere annual fundraiser can't happen without the support of volunteers like you. Thank you for signing up to support our cause and helping us raise over $300,000 for salmon in one evening!

    Snacks and nonalcoholic beverages will be available to all volunteers. Volunteers serving during our event (between 5pm-9:30pm) will also receive a meal and a special LLTK volunteer button. Reserved parking for volunteers is provided as needed.

    Volunteers will support registration by handing out bid packets. They will also assist the auctioneer during the program to spot bidders during the live auction and paddle raiser. During check-out, they will assist in packaging silent auction items and giving them to guests.

    NOTE: Volunteers for this task should be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
