Role Summary:

The Volunteer Electrician will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at project sites. This role ensures that all electrical work is safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant standards, contributing to reliable operations and the success of on-site initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
• Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or required adjustments.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in setting up electrical systems for projects, events, and site operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant electrical certification or training.
• Experience working on construction, community, or project-based sites.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
